HOTEL AVALANCHE *** is smaller family hotel located in a picturesque Tatra municipality Štôla directly under the highest Tatra peak called Gerlachovský surrounded by magnificent mountain landscape.

Hotel Avalanche is located in the High Tatras on the Northern edge of the municipality Štôla immediately under the highest peak of High Tatras, called Gerlachovský. The hotel has very good transport lines and an ideal position in the middle of High Tatra region. Poprad airport is located 15 km from the Hotel.

In the Hotel you can have a rest in the lovely small hotel wellness with private entry; in summer you can freshen up in the outdoor pool with relaxation zone. The wellness is equipped with Finnish and infra-red sauna, whirpool and massage shower. Take rest on the relax loungers enjoying relaxing drinks. Come and relax in the intimate atmosphere, in harmony and peace.

We will accommodate you in our modern and comfortably furnished rooms with the total capacity of 50 people. The majority of rooms have a spacious south-facing balcony with a panoramic view on either the Low Tatras or High Tatras. We can offer you single and double rooms, family rooms and one suite.

The location of the Avalanche Hotel has the character of the natural medical and climatic health resort. The climatic environment of High Tatra has for its substance and success in the treatment of the patients with unspecified chronic respiratory disease a special position among Slovak as well as European climatic health locations.
